Maze.

All guests must be 18 or older.

Valid photo ID may be required.

The experience includes darkness, loud noises, strobe/flashing lights, confined spaces, sudden movements, and intense horror effects.

Every participant must complete and sign the required liability waiver before entering.

Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to enter.

Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended.

Guests with heart conditions, respiratory conditions, seizure disorders, severe anxiety/claustrophobia, or other medical conditions that could be affected by an intense haunted attraction should not participate.

By entering, guests acknowledge the physical and psychological nature of the experience and agree to follow all staff instructions.

Weapons or sharp objects are not allowed inside the maze. Masks and face coverings are not permitted.

Physical contact with characters or staff is not permitted. Do not touch, grab, push, hit, or interfere with performers.

Follow your guide’s instructions throughout the maze. Stay on the designated path and do not enter restricted areas. If you need assistance or wish to exit, notify a staff member and follow their instructions.

Running is not allowed inside the maze.

Inappropriate, threatening, disruptive, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated. Hallways of Hell reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who violates these rules or creates a safety concern.

Smoking, vaping, open flames, food, and drinks are not allowed inside the maze.

Do not damage, move, or interfere with props, sets, or equipment.

Filming or photography is not allowed unless specifically authorized by Hallways of Hell staff.
